We completely rethought how fans experience some of the world’s biggest festivals?

Create an evergreen experiential platform that allows T-Mobile to show up consistently and distinctly at festivals and sporting events nationwide. A best-in-class experience that rewards customers and creates real FOMO for non-customers.

The Ask:

With the Band at Club Magenta. A first-of-its-kind immersive VIP experience designed for fans. An all-inclusive club offering premium views of the stage, private bars, dedicated spaces to relax and recharge, exclusive meet-and-greets, and custom swag. A magenta beacon that brings fans closer to the music and proves how T-Mobile puts its customers first by making every guest feel like they are with the band.

With The Band

Before we could welcome fans into Club Magenta, we had to develop a concept that connects fans to the festival and puts T-Mobile customers first. A concept that delivers an immersive VIP experience that works for the entire festival season.

The Concept:

The festival experience as an average person is one thing. But the festival experience as someone "with the band" differs entirely. Concierge service. Private bars. Green room amenities. Backstage and VIP passes. Meet and greets with artists. All at your fingertips. When you're with T-Mobile, you're "With The Band." This concept champions T-Mobile's customer-first approach and delivers attendees an immersive experience only T-Mobile could pull off.

The Look & Feel:

Roadie POV, plush furniture, musical instruments and equipment as design elements to anchor a space that resembles the locations you find yourself when you’re with the band: The Magenta (red) Carpet, The Magenta (green) Room, The Studio, The Dressing Room, and The Best View in the House.
